Question 1

What is LogiFindex?

Accepted Answer

LogiFindex is a freight marketplace and decision-intelligence platform. Shippers post a load once and collect competing quotes from verified carriers, cargo insurers and customs brokers - then manage the whole shipment on one platform.

Question 2

Does LogiFindex charge commission on shipments?

Accepted Answer

No - and during early access the platform is completely free. There is never a commission or hidden margin on your freight.

Question 3

Who can use LogiFindex?

Accepted Answer

Exporters, importers, manufacturers and retailers as shippers; carriers and freight forwarders; cargo insurers; and licensed customs brokers.

Question 4

How does freight matching work?

Accepted Answer

LogiFindex ENGINE ranks every offer using price, performance history, route fit, risk and compliance signals - and shows a confidence score. The final award always stays with you.

Question 5

Can one shipment get transport, insurance and customs quotes together?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A single listing can collect all three bid types in parallel, and each service is accepted independently.

Question 6

Is bidding anonymous?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Quotes compete anonymously and company identities are revealed only after a bid is accepted.
