LogiFindex is a decision-support and matching platform for international freight. Shippers publish requests; carriers publish capacity and bids. LogiFindex ENGINE ranks matches using price, performance, route, risk, and compliance - with transparent ticket-based pricing and no commission per shipment.

Four roles share one platform: exporters, importers, manufacturers and retailers (senders) who publish shipment requests; carriers, freight forwarders and transport operators who bid on them; insurers who quote cargo insurance on listings that request cover; and customs brokers who quote clearance on listings that request it. Each role sees workflows and insights tailored to how they buy or sell.
No. We do not move cargo. LogiFindex is the digital marketplace and intelligence layer that helps both sides compare options and contract with each other.
Road, sea, air, rail, and intermodal - configured per offer on the platform.
When a sender opens a request, they see ranked carrier matches (price range, ETA, risk, compliance, confidence). When a carrier publishes an offer, they see ranked sender matches (reliability, compliance, cancellation signals). You always choose the counterparty - the system recommends, it does not force a match.
No. LogiFindex supports your decision with data. Final award of business stays with the shipper or carrier, consistent with how procurement teams already govern tenders.
Tickets are credits for platform actions - such as opening offers or submitting bids. You pay for usage, not a hidden margin on every shipment.
Tickets remain in your account and do not expire under standard platform terms.
New accounts receive a limited number of free actions to explore publishing, bidding, and matching before buying ticket packs.
Eligible new carriers may receive partial ticket refunds on early bids that are not accepted, so they can learn marketplace dynamics with less upfront risk (subject to published rules).
Create a shipment request with route, cargo, timing, Incoterm, and requirements. Review ENGINE matches, invite bids, and award the carrier you prefer - with comparison on price and performance signals.
Yes. Recommendations are optional; you can shortlist, negotiate, and award based on your own policy.
Browse sender requests, submit bids, and publish your own offers when you have capacity. ENGINE highlights senders that fit your equipment, lanes, and risk profile.
Performance signals (acceptance, pricing consistency, responsiveness, and related metrics) feed matching so senders can compare carriers with context beyond headline rate.
Shipment listings that request cargo insurance carry a green Insurance badge in the marketplace. The listing already declares the requested ICC clause (A/B/C), sum insured with optional CIF +10%, beneficiary, add-ons and any advised war-risk lanes - plus underwriting essentials such as HS codes, goods value and dangerous-goods details (UN number, packing group). Open the listing, switch your bid type to Insurance and send your premium; the shipper compares insurance quotes side by side and accepts in one click.
Listings that request clearance carry a blue Customs badge. Each one declares the scope (export/import/transit), regime, transit countries, EORI, origin proofs (A.TR, EUR.1) and product-level HS codes - the complete file before you spend a minute on it. Open the listing, switch your bid type to Customs and quote your fee with an expected turnaround.
Yes. A single request can collect all three bid types in parallel. The shipper sees them grouped - Transport, then Insurance, then Customs - with filters, and accepts each service independently. Your quote never competes with a truck; it only competes within your own category.
No. For dangerous goods, providers see the classification data needed to quote (class, UN number, packing group) and an indicator that an MSDS exists. The MSDS file itself is shared only after the booking is confirmed.
Registration documents and company details are reviewed so marketplace participants trade with verified business identities.
LogiFindex uses secure infrastructure, encryption in transit, and role-based access so commercial data stays protected.
