Your guide to LogiFindex's transparent pricing system
Tickets are credits that unlock key actions in LogiFindex. Instead of paying commissions on every transaction, users spend Tickets only when they perform core marketplace actions such as opening shipment offers or submitting bids. This model ensures transparent pricing and prevents unnecessary or low-quality activity.
Used by Senders and Carriers to create shipment offers.
Used by Carriers to submit bids to existing shipment offers.
One-Time Bidding
1 Ticket per offer
Cargo Transportation
1 Ticket per offer
Multiple Bidding / Milk Run / Cross Docking
For transport plans with more than 5 trips: Every 2 trips = 1 Ticket
Example: 15 trips → 10 Tickets
Submitting a bid to any shipment offer → 1 Ticket per bid
Carriers can create multiple offers simultaneously with discounted ticket usage:
| Created Offers | Tickets Used |
|---|---|
| 10 offers | 10 Tickets |
| 20 offers | 20 Tickets |
| 22 offers | 21 Tickets |
| 40 offers | 30 Tickets |
| 50 offers | 25 Tickets |
| 80 offers | 40 Tickets |
| 160 offers | 80 Tickets |
After the first 20 offers → every 2 offers = 1 Ticket
Open shipment offers using Ticket to Open Offer
To ensure fair competition and reduce financial risk for carriers, LogiFindex offers a partial ticket refund policy.
If a carrier submits 10 offers and none are accepted, 50% of the used tickets are automatically refunded.
